Terms of Service

1User Content and License

You retain ownership of any content, information, data, files, text, images, feedback, or other materials you submit, upload, create, or transmit through the Services ("User Content").

By using the Services, you grant Long Iron Inc. ("Long Iron") a worldwide, perpetual (to the extent permitted by law), irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, modify, reproduce, analyze, display, distribute, and otherwise use User Content as necessary to:

• provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
• develop new products and features;
• perform analytics and research;
• create aggregated and de-identified datasets;
• develop, train, validate, test, and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning models; and
• exercise any other rights described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this section transfers ownership of your User Content to Long Iron.

2Usage Data

You acknowledge that your use of the Services generates technical, operational, diagnostic, telemetry, performance, behavioral, and usage information ("Usage Data").

Long Iron may collect, use, analyze, retain, and commercialize Usage Data for any lawful business purpose, including:

• improving the Services;
• security and fraud prevention;
• product development;
• benchmarking;
• analytics;
• research;
• statistical reporting; and
• artificial intelligence development.

3Aggregated and De-identified Data

Long Iron may create Aggregated Data and De-identified Data from User Content, Usage Data, and other information collected through the Services.

For purposes of this Agreement:

• "Aggregated Data" means data combined from multiple users or sources such that it does not identify any individual or organization.
• "De-identified Data" means information that has been processed so it cannot reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual using commercially reasonable methods.

Long Iron shall exclusively own all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Data and De-identified Data created through operation of the Services. Long Iron may use, publish, license, sell, distribute, and otherwise commercialize Aggregated Data and De-identified Data for any lawful purpose.

4Artificial Intelligence

Long Iron may use User Content, Usage Data, Aggregated Data, and De-identified Data to develop, train, validate, evaluate, improve, and operate artificial intelligence and machine learning systems.

Long Iron will not intentionally train publicly available foundation models using Personal Information except as disclosed in the Privacy Policy or with any consent required by applicable law.

Long Iron owns all artificial intelligence models, algorithms, learned parameters, embeddings, derived datasets, scoring methodologies, and other intellectual property created through such development.

5Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant Long Iron a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, commercialize, and incorporate such feedback into its products without restriction or compensation.

6Intellectual Property

Except for your User Content, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, source code, documentation, algorithms, reports, benchmarks, analytics, scoring methodologies, interfaces, workflows, models, designs, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Long Iron.

Any insights, analytics, benchmark data, predictive models, or derivative works created by Long Iron using information collected through the Services are owned exclusively by Long Iron.

7Data Retention

Subject to applicable law, Long Iron may retain Usage Data, Aggregated Data, De-identified Data, and derived analytical information after an account is deleted or terminated.

Where required by law, Long Iron will delete or anonymize Personal Information upon a valid deletion request, except where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, or preserve Aggregated or De-identified Data that no longer identifies an individual.

8Future Products

Nothing in this Agreement limits Long Iron's ability to develop, market, license, or commercialize products, services, reports, APIs, benchmarks, predictive models, or artificial intelligence systems that are informed by Aggregated Data, De-identified Data, Usage Data, or generalized learnings obtained through operation of the Services, provided such products do not disclose Personal Information except as permitted by applicable law.
